FOOD FREEDOM // Week 8
This is the LAST week of Food Freedom 60 program! I thought I learned it all, but this last week was packed with so much good info, but my main take away was to prioritize nutrition. Exercise is great, but nutrition is the foundation for LASTING HEALTH. Watch to learn more about intermittent fasting, which is an amazing tool to daily and weekly reset your system AND to learn my overall thoughts on the entire program and WHY you should either buy the Food Freedom book, or Join the Food Freedom 60 program.
