This week is all about sleep! Did you know? Sleep is the simplest and most affordable strategy for weight-loss and long-term health. Before you get up early to workout, think about it… will you be getting enough sleep? It’s actually more harmful to your body and weight-loss to skimp on sleep in order to work out. Isn’t that crazy?!
