The woman behind it all is in the house today! Meet Brooke Peterson the author of Food Freedom, and creator of the Food Freedom 60 plan. I was able to ask her some questions about what lead her to write the book, the wisdom behind her 4 pillars of freedom to set us up for success and finally her “why” behind health & wellness. Encouraging people to be well so they can fulfill their calling on their life for the sustainable future.
I had so much fun meeting up with Brooke this week, and am excited for you to meet her!
