In our last video we shared about our eventful trip from Minnesota to Arizona and our bus troubles along the way.

In this video we are here to bring you an eventful update video for the month of January. From braving unexpected flash floods to meaningful encounters with our neighbors and guests. Join us as we bring you on a search for a new bus, tackle our massive brush pile, and share the latest work on the clubhouse.

Here’s a rundown of exactly what we cover in this video:

  • Unexpected Weather: We experienced unseasonable heavy rains in Arizona, leading to a unique sight of the wash running like a river with flash flooding
  • Heartwarming Guest Stories: Welcoming Bill into their lives and our delightful time together during the Christmas season. You won’t want to miss the tale of his festive arrival with his grandfather’s 100-year-old sleigh bells!
  • Bus Adventures: The search for a new bus took to us to several locations including California, and even as far as New Jersey! Each bus exploration came with its own set of challenges and you’ll find out our final decision!
  • The Clubhouse: We have truly transformed the clubhouse with new flooring, paint and furniture, creating a warm space for all our visitors! We even made a big change on the outside with “loads” of tractor and dirt work.
  • Becoming Dog People: We have embraced life with a dog, even with the armature mistakes we’ve made, Franky has become an important part of our family!
  • Community and Family Bonding: From hosting family visitors in our clubhouse to initiating projects like burning a massive brush pile, we enjoyed creating memories with our loved ones and neighbors.

Prayer Requests

  • Our neighbors need prayers for healing. One specifically for her neck, and the other for many health hardships. Healing and discernment for further care.
