FOOD FREEDOM // Week 3 Recap
Week 3 is done, and I’m learning that one day of stressful food prep with 6 days of easy already planned meals is so much better than a stress everyday figuring out what to eat. I’ve never meal planned. So this is all very new to me, and overwhelming at times.
