I finished my first week of food freedom. You can plan all you want, but isn’t it true that most things don’t go according to plan?! This week started out with NOTHING going according to plan. I learned about thinking about food differently. It’s not about what I can’t eat, so I can loose weight… Instead it’s about fueling your body with foods that will give you the engergy you need to keep going. Huge mind shift.
